My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for our plans, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff was friendly, but noise from other guests was disruptive. The area seemed a bit sketchy at night, which was a concern.

It would be nice to receive a refund for this disappointing experience. On the upside, the service was friendly, and the price was more affordable compared to other places.
